Job summary

Framatome North America is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to facilitate technical training sessions, update materials, and administer assessments ensuring safety, quality, and operational proficiency across shifts. You will mentor instructors (OJTIs) and help align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and technical training methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate technical performance objectively and provide coaching.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates technical training sessions (classroom, virtual or hands-on) to support skills development, safety and quality.
• Maintains training materials, job aids and work instructions across shifts and locations.
• Administers assessments, skills checks and evaluations to ensure technical competence.
• Supports standardized training processes and conducts audits to ensure compliance.
