Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years Nuclear Operations or Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program experience
• 2+ years Operations Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two to four NTO PRC Operations Supervisors and ten to fifteen NTO Electrical Technicians.
• Oversee day‑to‑day NTO‑E operations across both work sites, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Drive personnel development, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support nuclear work and testing activities.
• Assist the NTO‑E Nuclear Construction Project Manager in meeting organizational expectations related to safety, quality, cost, and budget performance.
• Collaborate extensively with Shift Test Engineers, Electrical Test Engineers, Ship’s Force personnel, and various Operations and Engineering organizations during Reactor Plant testing.
• Maintain compliance with all radiological control standards and technical requirements governing nuclear work.
