Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions seeks a Test Engineer to review test requirements, design and execute tests, and document results. You will work with internal and external customers to ensure testing meets requirements and is delivered on time.

You will draft test designs and procedures, coordinate instrumentation, and help translate concepts into actionable specifications. Strong writing, communication, and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable field.
• 3+ years testing/R&D experience preferred.
• Experience post-processing and documenting experiments.
• Experience with multiple testing types: R&D, Acceptance, Validation, Qualification.
• Familiarity with mechanical testing concepts and instrumentation.
• Able to handle multiple objectives and conflicting priorities.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Safety conscious and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review test requirements and design tests.
• Execute tests and collect data.
• Prepare test reports and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into specs.
• Coordinate with teams for fixtures, control systems, and lab space.
• Manage test campaigns from concept to reporting.
• Support safe testing practices and equipment setup.
• Apply industry practices to improve test processes.
