Job summary
Bee Talent Solutions invites applications for a Maintenance Integration Engineer focused on the integrated design of plant structures, systems, and components for advanced nuclear reactor projects. The successful candidate will develop maintenance strategies, support design reviews, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintainability and reliable operation across the plant lifecycle.
On-site preferred, with remote consideration based on fit.
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Nuclear/Mechanical/Electrical engineering required.
- 5+ years in naval or commercial nuclear plant maintenance or operation.
- Experience with integrated plant design of nuclear systems preferred.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create guidance for reliable equipment maintenance.
- Support design engineers to facilitate maintainable plant equipment.
- Develop system and component level requirements and strategy documents.
- Apply engineering principles to simplify facility operation.
- Develop maintenance strategies and human factors engineering attributes.
- Support design reviews as a maintenance SME.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and interface with P&IDs and 3D models.
- Develop training materials for operators and technicians.
