Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or nuclear engineering from an accredited institution.
• Level II: typically two years of experience in a test engineering role.
• Level III: typically five years of experience in a test engineering role.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience (Master's or PhD).
• Hands-on experience with hardware development, testing and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute test activities for advanced reactor technologies.
• Work with system engineers to assess risks and develop test plans and specifications.
• Oversee test facilities, equipment, and infrastructure development and decommissioning.
• Engage with vendors to oversee start-to-finish testing activities.
• Supervise test setups, installations, commissioning, and execution.
