Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of directly related experience.
• Experience managing project, construction, and procurement in nuclear, DOE, and/or NNSA environments.
• Experience with DOE O 413.3B Capital Line Item projects and EVMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage discrete technical procurement scope from initiation through turnover, ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables.
• Define and oversee project deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks, and lead the project team in planning, tracking, and executing scope.
• Manage technical requirements for assigned scope and maintain alignment with NNSA and DOE O 413.3B requirements.
• Manage project activities within control accounts and work packages to meet programmatic objectives.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and standards for construction and work execution in a nuclear facility.
• Support development and monitoring of program budgets.
