Job summary

James Fisher Technologies (JFT) is seeking talented Project Managers at all career levels to drive end-to-end execution of complex engineering and technical projects in the nuclear sector. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to meet contractual commitments and deliver high-integrity outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring strong scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills, plus PMP/CAPM or willingness to pursue. Occasional travel (<10%) is required as part of our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, nuclear, or other technical environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams, solve problems, establish priorities, drive projects to execution.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, resources & execution plans.
• Strong communication with customers, engineers, production teams, suppliers, subcontractors & leadership.
• Build trusted customer relationships and navigate complex project challenges and contractual requirements.
• Experience developing integrated schedules, forecasts, resource plans, and project controls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project or similar, plus ERP/MRP familiarity.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Engineering; PMP/CAPM preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Occasional travel, typically <10%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fulfillment of complex engineering and technical projects for nuclear and related customers.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, risks, and controls; drive delivery against requirements.
• Maintain integrated schedules, forecasts, and resource plans; manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate with customers and leadership to manage expectations and risk.
