Job summary

The Nuclear Company in downtown Columbia, SC, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations for a nuclear plant build, including planning, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. You will lead the NetSuite ERP inventory and supply chain modules implementation in a nuclear QA program with strict traceability and documentation controls.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in-office per week and will support greenfield nuclear projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 2+ years in management.
• Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite inventory and supply chain functionality.
• Strong grasp of BOMs, multi-UOM setup, and inventory accounting.
• Experience using AI/automation to streamline supply chain tasks (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and rollout of NetSuite Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Work Orders modules from current state to go-live.
• Build the item master, multi-level BOMs, UOM framework, and location/bin structures.
• Define and document planning parameters: reorder points, safety stock, lot sizing, planning horizon, and time fence rules.
• Partner with Finance on inventory accounting configuration and GL reconciliation.
• Lead data migration, UAT, SOPs, and user training; manage post-go-live enhancements.
