Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Nuclear Site Supply Operations leader to manage daily supply functions and drive strategic procurement across the site.

You will partner with the Director and GenCo Supply leadership to optimize costs, standardize processes, and ensure reliable materials flow for generation operations. The role requires extensive experience in supply chain management at a supervisory level, plus strong collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in supply chain, including supervisory roles.
• Experience interfacing with senior management and driving cost-effective operations.
• Knowledge of procurement, warehousing, and logistics in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply and procurement operations for the nuclear site.
• Serve as single point of accountability for supply at the site.
• Drive standardization and efficiency across locations.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
• Oversee materials management, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Support diversity and continuous improvement initiatives.
