LVI Associates is recruiting an experienced Nuclear Senior Structural Engineer for a leading role on large-scale nuclear and energy projects in North America. You will provide technical leadership from conception through execution, engaging with clients and executives to drive project success.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary coordination, mentoring of engineers, and oversight of schedules, budgets and quality processes to support growth in the nuclear division.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
10+ years of engineering experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Background within nuclear, power generation, energy, industrial or highly regulated industries preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) licence preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex nuclear and energy projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables and overall engineering performance.
Serve as a primary technical contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines.
Manage project scope changes and support contract administration efforts.
Support proposal development, pursuits and business growth initiatives.
