Candidates will progress from SRO In Training to Shift Support Supervisor after licensing, requiring safety discipline, strong communication, and rigorous training through the program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as an active reactor operator at a BWR/PWR facility or 1.5+ years at a non-comparable reactor
• 6+ years of nuclear plant operations experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and strong oral/written communication

Responsibilities

• Stand watch on rotating 12-hour shifts and coordinate operation of plant systems
• Direct operating shift personnel in performance of plant duties
• Participate in plant familiarization training and NRC Hot License preparation
