Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators at Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, IL. You will train to supervise licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room and may supervise bargaining unit personnel.

The role entails completing training to obtain an NRC license and supporting outage activities, with potential relocation assistance. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at a major nuclear facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher education required.
• SRO Instructor certification and reactor operator experience preferred.
• Engineering degree or PE license required for progression.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license and supervise licensed operators.
• Support outage activities and provide coverage as directed by management.
