Job summary

Framatome in Richland, WA is seeking a senior engineering leader to coordinate and drive complex projects for HALEU fuel processes. You will oversee technical definitions, design documentation, and manufacturing readiness while coordinating with process engineering, operations, and quality teams.

You will lead evaluations, implement design changes, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Good knowledge of project life cycles, methodologies and phases.
• Good understanding of engineering discipline.
• Supply chain and procurement practices.
• Budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder coordination, team collaboration, client presentations.
• Prioritization, deadline tracking, multitasking; root cause analysis, innovation and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all engineering work and prepares tools, materials, and procedures for contract implementation within budget and schedule.
• Plans and follows through to complete solutions addressing client needs.
• Forecasts necessary skills and work arrangements to support project objectives.
• May supervise day-to-day activities of engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Represents the company in communications to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work.
• Proposes plans and cost improvements to meet business objectives.
