The engineer will perform diverse design, development, analysis, and field tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and safety expectations while autonomously solving technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related fields).
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
• Good communication skills to convey detailed technical data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Good problem identification and resolution skills.
• Displays informal leadership characteristics.
• Advanced proficiency with specialized software tools and programming languages as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs non-standard engineering, varied engineering, and new-to-you assignments in design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, and field tasks.
• Receives minimal supervision and works autonomously on most assignments.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
• Evaluates and applies varied technical techniques and criteria for novel tasks.
• Develops knowledge of organization, processes and customers.
• Works on special projects and suggests process improvements.
• Maintains a safety mindset.
