Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based startup, seeks a Regulatory Program Manager to lead licensing for reactor deployment with military partners. You will manage regulatory submissions, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliant applications.

This role requires coordinating regulators with engineering teams, mentoring junior staff, and shaping licensing strategies to accelerate market entry.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5 years in a regulated industry, preferably NRC/DOE-regulated programs.
• Experience directly interfacing with regulators and implementing regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end licensing execution for reactor deployment.
• Coordinate interactions with regulators and engineering teams to deliver applications.
• Manage regulatory submissions, timelines, and documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and drive efficient project execution.
