Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• Eight+ years as a practicing attorney.
• Nuclear-related legal experience preferred.
• Experience with NRC licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal counsel for nuclear generation operations.
• Advise on siting, permitting, and construction of new nuclear facilities and SMRs.
• Support NRC licensing activities, including renewals and amendments.
• Assist with litigation matters related to plant operations.
• Provide guidance on nuclear export controls under NRC/DOJ/Commerce.
• Draft and review contracts, regulatory filings, and compliance reports.
