Job summary

The role focuses on contracting strategies, negotiating and administering contracts, and managing commercial risk across engineering, licensing, environmental, legal, finance, and operations. You will lead negotiations, define commercial scenarios, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and risk alignment in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of related contract, procurement, or commercial management experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, negotiation, execution, and administration of moderately complex contracts.
• Develop and deliver training on contract administration and advise owners on responsibilities and invoice approvals.
• Lead contract negotiations through strategy development, issue recognition, and escalation of commercial issues.
• Prepare modifications, amendments, change orders, and other contractual instruments.
• Define and apply best-case and worst-case commercial scenarios to support decisions.
