Qualifications

• . Technical diploma or equivalent in diagnostic Radiology.
• . CMRT certification and CT-ARRT required within specified timelines.
• . CNMT or N-ARRT certification required for staff.

Responsibilities

• Assesses contraindications and patient preparation factors.
• Provides information to patients and healthcare providers about the role of radiology.
• Applies ALARA principles to minimize exposure.
• Performs high quality imaging with appropriate technical factors.
• Maintains data entry and image management in EPIC, PACS, etc.
• Recognizes emergency signs and initiates procedures.
• Participates in continuing education and training.
• Builds rapport and coordinates activities within the department.
