Job summary

IS International Services seeks a Nuclear Quality Assurance Lead to support the Nuclear Quality Manager in administering and improving the Nuclear Management System (NMS) per CSA N299.2-16 and applicable requirements.

The role acts on behalf of the Nuclear Quality Manager when needed, collaborates with all departments to enhance processes, manage corrective actions, and ensure audit readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in quality assurance, quality control, engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience with quality management systems, audits, and corrective actions preferred.
• Experience with nuclear quality standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and continuous improvement of the Nuclear Management System (NMS).
• Serve as delegated representative for the Nuclear Quality Manager.
• Monitor compliance and report deficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Support management reviews and quality performance reporting.
• Develop, revise, and control quality documents and procedures.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits and audits follow-up.
• Maintain quality metrics and dashboards using MS 365 tools.
