Job summary

Is-International-Services is seeking a Nuclear Quality Assurance Lead to support the Nuclear Quality Manager in administering and improving the Nuclear Management System (NMS) in accordance with CSA N299.2-16 and regulatory requirements. The role acts as a deputy, ensures cross‑department collaboration, and drives corrective actions and audits for ongoing quality excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in QA/quality control or related technical field.
• Experience with quality management systems, corrective actions, audits, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and improve the Nuclear Management System (NMS).
• Serve as deputy for Nuclear Quality Manager during absences.
• Lead monitoring of NMS compliance and report deficiencies.
• Support corrective action programs and root cause analysis.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits; prepare for audits.
• Develop and revise quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
• Support training qualification administration and data reporting.
