Job summary

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 10 years of nuclear quality experience, with strong auditing, training, and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Industrial, Construction, or Business Management.
• 10+ years of experience in nuclear quality management.
• Experience in audits, QA program development, and training.
• Ability to interpret policies, regulations, and contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, monitor and improve nuclear QA programs and procedures.
• Develop and report quality metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Lead audits, inspections, and corrective actions across EPC activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Provide quality training and ensure NRC/ASME compliance where applicable.
