Job summary

W-Industries is seeking an onsite Nuclear Quality Assurance Engineer to join the DOE & Renewables BU in Spring, TX. The role focuses on implementing and improving the Nuclear QA Program to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates will understand ASME Section III, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR Part 21, ISO 19443, and ISO 9001, with potential to become a lead auditor and grow within the nuclear power sector.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• 3–5+ years in the nuclear industry.
• Qualification or progress toward NQA-1 Lead Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Nuclear QA Program across supply chain, engineering, procurement, manufacturing and testing.
• Serve as primary QA interface with customers, regulators, AIA, registrars.
• Support internal audits, supplier audits and ASME certification audits.
• Review nonconformance, corrective actions and 10 CFR Part 21 applicability.
• Prepare ASME Code Data Report Forms for Section III.
• Organize and maintain nuclear quality records per retention rules.
