Job summary

Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer Associate II in Richland, WA to support Navarro-ATL operations at the 222-S Laboratory.

The position requires quality assurance/control engineering expertise, including review of drawings and procedures, development of QA plans, audits, and supplier evaluations in a nuclear facility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field and 2 years related experience.
• US citizenship required due to government contract.
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1 or similar quality systems.
• Nuclear experience and quality control inspector background.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance/control engineering services for Navarro-ATL activities at the 222-S Laboratory.
• Review drawings and procedures; identify and report quality problems or trends.
• Develop quality plans, procedures, and audit checklists.
• Support procurement with QA requirements and vendor qualification.
• Conduct program audits and surveillance; guide engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
