Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of quality inspection experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry standards.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect works and structures for compliance with project specs, codes and standards.
• Perform material testing and analysis, and other relevant assessments.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to QC plans.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with the team.
• Review drawings, specs, and technical documents.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on quality issues.
