Bechtel's Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will report to the Independent Assessment Manager in Quality Assurance Organization and support the maintenance, development, and implementation of the WTP Quality Assurance program. Telework Designation Part‑Time Telework: This position is a full‑time role that offers part‑time telework flexibility in the Richland, Washington project office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or quality assurance with 5–8 years of related experience, or 9–12 years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent assessment activities and schedules.
• Participate in process improvements and automation.
• Prepare and revise assessment procedures and standardized metrics.
• Review and approve QA documents and reports.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions from audits.
