Job summary

EDF Energy Limited invites an experienced Procurement Supply Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities for the HPC project in the UK. Based on site, you will coordinate with client teams, project delivery, and suppliers to deliver equipment and subcontractor services.

You will shape procurement strategy, manage tender life cycles, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a project role.
• Knowledge of procurement systems.
• Knowledge of NEC Suite or forms of contract.
• Knowledge of plant, equipment management and purchasing.
• Senior client engagement.
• Change management & continuous improvement.
• People management skills.
• Qualifications demonstrating high level of literacy and numeracy.
• Membership of CIPS.
• CCNSG or CSCS MAPS.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to purchase goods and services for the HPC Project.
• Manage tender life cycle and contracts with project delivery and legal teams.
• Lead negotiations and establish procurement strategies.
• Engage suppliers and ensure timely, compliant deliveries.
• Act as single point of contact for procurement activities.
• Lead procurement engagements to meet programme objectives.
• Ensure budget alignment to procurement packages.
• Ensure tender communications with traceability and configuration control.
• Engage client for subcontract and vendor approvals.
• Perform other reasonable activities as requested by line manager.
