Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our project controls team. You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules across a portfolio of Nuclear/DOE projects, collaborating with managers, engineers, procurement, and construction personnel from concept through startup.

You will analyze performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure safe, efficient project delivery aligned with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent technical training and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 7 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain facility-specific security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement staff, construction managers, subcontractors, and project services personnel to develop comprehensive project schedules from conceptual planning through design, construction, and operational startup.
• Develop and maintain integrated, logic-driven schedules utilizing EPC principles and methodologies.
• Create and maintain CPM schedules, logic networks, and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6.
• Apply historical project data and lessons learned to support realistic planning, forecasting, and schedule development.
• Ensure all scheduling activities comply with EVMS requirements.
• Collect, analyze, validate, and integrate schedule inputs from all project disciplines and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and perform schedule analysis for decisions.
• Identify scheduling issues, develop recommendations, and implement corrective actions.
