Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field with 14+ years of technical experience; OR an AA/AS with 16+ years; OR a high school diploma/GED with 18+ years. An advanced degree may substitute two years.
• Project Management certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium capital projects for refueling outages, outages, and on-line maintenance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget focus.
• Develop and manage budgets; track cost vs. budget and coordinate with client, engineers, and management.
• Develop and maintain long-range plan strategies and interface with vendors and contracts.
• Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to senior management and stakeholders.
