Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of work experience including five in engineering, procurement, or construction.
• Experience leading construction projects and managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Ability to obtain DOE Q clearance; nuclear experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects of up to $500k and provide oversight to Superintendent 2s.
• Serve as CAM for planning, budgeting, and cost/schedule control.
• Present performance plans and status to federal sponsors.
• Coordinate with program, project, and line management to develop actionable plans.
• Ensure work packages reflect realistic duration and budget; perform variance analysis.
