COMPA Industries, Inc. is recruiting for a Project Manager 2 serving as a Construction Superintendent 3 at LANL TA-55. You will lead field craft crews and work with project engineers to deliver projects up to $500K in a high-security nuclear environment.

Entry includes extensive training and nuclear qualification, with a two-year assignment and potential extension. Shift options include 4x12s or 4x10s across four fixed shifts, with full compliance and safety focus.

Qualifikationen

• Requires degree in engineering or science with 10 years' experience; 5+ years in at least one of engineering, procurement, or construction.
• DOE/Nuclear facility experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance; active clearance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead construction, upgrade, renovation, modification, and D&D work in a nuclear facility, directing craft crews.
• Conduct pre-job briefings on scope, hazards, PPE, approvals, and fitness for duty; ensure smooth shift turnover.
• Manage scope, schedule, and EVMS reporting; possibly serve as CAM for a project or subproject.
• Ensure work packages reflect realistic duration and budget; perform variance analyses and corrective actions.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
