Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Technical Project Manager 2 for the Los Alamos Remote Site, located in Richland, Washington. This role oversees discrete technical construction scope, manages deliverables, budgets and schedules, and supports the project team from initiation through turnover for DOE/NNSA programs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, experience in nuclear facilities, and active Q clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of directly related experience required.
• Nuclear facility experience required and DOE/NNSA context preferred.
• Experience with decontamination and decommissioning (D&D) in a DOE/NNSA setting.
• Familiarity with NQA-1 requirements and strict nuclear security standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage discrete technical construction scope, schedules and budgets.
• Define project deliverables, manage risks, and support turnover.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams under DOE/NNSA program requirements.
