Job summary

TEEMA seeks a Director, Project Controls – Nuclear (USA) in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Lead strategy and implementation of Project Controls systems, including ERP solutions, across multiple mega-projects.

Mentor teams, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in cost control, scheduling, risk, and reporting. The role requires a quantitative engineering or construction management background, PMP/AACE preferred, and strong leadership in high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and implement Project Controls systems and tools.
• Contribute to lessons learned documentation and repositories.
• Act as liaison to executive leadership and project directors.
• Resolve consistency issues across Project Controls across projects.
• Drive alignment in cost control, planning/scheduling, change, risk, and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and update Project Controls policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external financial audits with Finance/Accounting.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and support career development.
• Support sector-level recruitment and training for Project Controls staff.
• Provide mentorship to project teams for process adoption and metric accuracy.
• Contribute to sector-level business and strategic planning.
