Job summary

KBH Industrial in Richland, Washington is seeking a Contract Project Controls Analyst to support the Nuclear Development project. You will develop schedules and cost estimates, monitor variances, and provide reporting and communications to management.

Responsibilities include coordination, tracking, and execution of estimates; offering technical guidance to project managers; and applying GASB concepts and budgeting processes. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with years of experience in project controls/PM in an industrial environment.
• Formal training on Primavera P6 or another project management system.
• Experience with budget to actual reporting and complex budgetary analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates for Nuclear Development.
• Coordinate, track, and execute project estimates and reports.
• Provide technical direction and support to project managers and management on scope, schedules, and costs.
• Monitor and report changes to schedule, scope, and cost to management in a timely manner.
