Job summary

KBH Industrial in Richland, WA, is seeking an Engineer I–III contract position to perform highly complex engineering tasks supporting design modification, operation, and independent assessment of facilities.

You will provide technical leadership, assist with owners engineer oversight, design reviews for advanced reactor technologies, and ensure compliance with NRC, NEI, and EPRI guidance while contributing to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7 years of experience.
• PE license is desirable.
• Knowledge of ASME, IEEE, NFPA 70 and NERC standards.
• Experience with large construction projects.
• Commercial Nuclear Plant experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly complex engineering analyses and designs for operations, systems, and audits.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers.
• Assist owners engineer activities and design reviews for reactor technologies.
• Support regulatory compliance and review project timelines.
• Interpret and apply NRC/NEI/EPRI guidance in projects.
