Job summary

DUF6-MCS LLC in Kentucky seeks an experienced project oversight professional to lead the day-to-day operations of the DUF6 project under minimal supervision. You will coordinate between project management, planning, and line management; ensure operational readiness; review budgets and schedules; and drive issue resolution with clients and stakeholders.

This role requires a strong track record in large-scale programs and the ability to obtain HSPD-12 credentials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
10+ years of related experience in project oversight.
4+ years of nuclear experience required.
Ability to obtain and maintain HSPD-12 credential.

Responsibilities

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Ensures continued operational readiness of start-up initiative.
Reviews, manages, proactively challenges, and controls status of the project's operations of programs and budgets.
Manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
Develops monitoring mechanisms for progress and issue resolution with stakeholders.
Guides and leads the team to achieve program goals and contingency planning.
Interfaces with operations management and site personnel to meet project requirements.
