Amentum is seeking a Mid-Level Process Engineer to support the design and documentation of nuclear and chemical process systems. You will work closely with engineering teams on DOE projects and develop process equipment specifications.

The ideal candidate should possess a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and have strong analytical and communication skills. This role may allow hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process engineering roles within industrial, nuclear, or government facilities.
• Experience performing and documenting process engineering calculations.
• Familiarity with process equipment specification and system design.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document process engineering calculations for nuclear and chemical systems.
• Support process design development during different design phases.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and technical reports.
