Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Nuclear Power sector to lead design and analysis on critical infrastructure projects. You will develop electrical drawings, perform complex calculations, and guide project teams as a technical specialist or lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Citizenship requirements per CFR 810 must be satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Develop design change packages for nuclear facilities.
• Create electrical drawings (one-line/three-line diagrams, motor schematics).
• Perform complex calculations (load flow, short circuit, arc flash).
• Develop equipment specifications and BOMs for procurement and construction.
• Attend on-site meetings and interface with clients.
