Job summary

SOFIE is seeking a licensed Nuclear Pharmacist I to compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals in a clean room, supporting QA and regulatory compliance at the site level. The role reports to the Pharmacist-in-Charge and Facility Manager and requires flexibility for the shift and travel up to 10%.

The position offers a competitive salary of $140,000 and requires a State license, a B.S. or Pharm.D., and familiarity with nuclear pharmacy operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• State license required (to be obtained post-hire if applicable).
• Background in nuclear pharmacy, PET, radiation safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compound and dispense radiopharmaceuticals in a clean room.
• Ensure USP 797/823 compliance and cGMP practices.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and QA records.
• Review batch records with QA and release procedures.
• Provide on-the-floor QA oversight of manufacturing and QC.
