INPO External seeks an Organizational Effectiveness Leader to motivate and guide teams toward identifying critical nuclear safety gaps and driving improvement. The role requires clear communication of strategic direction and effective leadership across multiple levels of INPO and utility personnel.

The position emphasizes independent work, coaching peers, and participating in INPO initiatives, with responsibility for reports and cross-functional collaboration. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Six+ years of professional work experience.
• Four+ years in commercial nuclear power industry or commensurate military experience.
• Cross qualified in 2 functional areas or previous senior nuclear leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist Continuum Leader in INPO continuum site visit teams and peer review teams to identify gaps to excellence.
• Lead a team of Points of Contact to view behaviours, interpret information, and intervene to improve results.
• Lead organizational effectiveness diagnostic visits and assistance activities.
• Evaluate and assist stations in organizational effectiveness and safety culture; analyze data and conduct interviews to identify root causes.
