Qualifications

• BS degree in education, engineering, or related technical field or equivalent.
• Instructor, Operations Sr: either 12 years nuclear plant experience, an SRO license/certification, or a degree plus 3 years nuclear training or teaching experience.
• Instructor, Operations Sr Staff: 5 years nuclear plant experience or a related degree with 5 years in the line organization; 3 years of PWR-SRO licensure desired.
• Technical proficiency in the assigned area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Certificates/licenses such as SRO or reactor certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administers training programs to ensure qualified and licensed personnel.
• Interfaces with line personnel to analyze performance needs and recommend training solutions.
• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training materials using systematic approach to training.
• Coordinates training programs for sites and corporate groups as assigned.
