Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science desirable.
• 5 years total commercial power plant experience, with at least 1 year in nuclear power.
• Knowledge of SAT preferred.
• BWR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of licensed operator requalification programs/examinations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze jobs, tasks, and training to support new or modified requirements.
• Participate in performance gap analysis as needed.
• Design objectives and evaluations.
• Develop training material.
• Implement training solutions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of individual training interventions.
• Ensure standards and expectations meet industry excellence and are reinforced in training and on shift.
• Close Operations gaps to excellence.
• Ensure Operations Training Programs maintain accreditation.
• Fill a designated position in the Emergency Response Organization.
