Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators at Clinton Nuclear Power Station in Clinton, IL. The role trains you to supervise licensed reactor operators and support outage activities while ensuring NRC compliance.

Successful candidates will complete ILT, obtain SRO licensing, and may receive relocation assistance as part of the incentive package. Primary duties include supervisory responsibilities and shift coverage during outages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a noncomparable facility.
• Engineering/physical sciences degree or PE license; 1.5+ years in related roles.
• Maintain access requirements and favorable medical examination and/or testing.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom training and on-the-job training.
• Complete all training phases to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform other assignments including emergency response and outage support.
