Position Summary

Establish and implement an effective Nuclear Quality Assurance and Compliance program for the NDE Division, ensuring adherence to Conco Services standards. Provide guidance on reporting and compliance matters, and serve as a resource for critical compliance issues.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  1. Develop, maintain, and revise compliance policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct internal audits, address non-conformities, and prepare for external audits (NIAC, NUPIC, service companies).
  3. Oversee daily operations of Compliance/Quality Assurance programs, ensuring readiness for external audits.
  4. Collaborate with departments to investigate and resolve compliance issues and manage violations systematically.
  5. Identify vulnerabilities, develop corrective actions, and monitor program performance for continual improvement.
  6. Assess external customer programs for compliance.
  7. Support management with compliance and quality assurance activities.
  8. Maintain compliance documentation and manage document control systems.
  9. Adhere to safety policies and responsibilities as outlined in company manuals.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations.
  • Understanding of production scheduling and shop operations.
  • Leadership skills and effective communication.
  • Initiative, confidentiality, deadline orientation, teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and computer literate (MS Office, NetSuite, CRM).

  • Lead Auditor qualification (negotiable if obtained within 90 days)
Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Equivalent experience and training acceptable.
