Job summary

Westinghouse seeks a Project Manager to lead medium-complexity nuclear projects from Madison, PA, coordinating 10–30 specialists and subcontractors. You’ll manage scope, schedule, cost baselines, and EV metrics while serving as deputy PM on complex programs and aligning resources with corporate processes.

You will liaise with engineers, constructors, and internal groups, ensuring performance and profitability under PMI/PMBOK guidelines and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience in industrial environments.
• 1–3 years as a project manager or 3+ years in a technical role across the above industries.
• Familiarity with PMI’s PMBOK.
• English proficiency; PMI/PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project management processes for medium-complexity efforts or defined portions of highly complex programs.
• Supervise teams averaging 10–30, including project controls and sub-project managers.
• Serve as Technical Inputs Lead on medium-complexity proposal efforts; act as deputy PM on highly complex projects.
• Plan, execute, control, and close projects with baselines, EV tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Build and maintain project databases, systems, and procedures for documentation control.
