Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Asia Operations and Delivery Support. The role oversees medium to high complexity projects for Commercial Nuclear Power Plants in Asia and reports to the Sr. Director of Major Projects, Asia IC.

The position is on-site 2–3 days weekly at Warrendale, PA with 10–20% travel. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM/controls, a relevant Bachelor's degree, data visualization skills, and PM/Program Manager certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management or controls experience; 4+ years in nuclear/technical/construction if applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
• Ability to transform data to information for visual reports; understand database concepts and cross-functional interactions.
• PM qualification (Westinghouse) or Program Manager qualification; PMI certification or equivalent; scheduling/earned value/risk certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects: develop scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Monitor projects: manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, and communications.
• Close projects: archive records and assess lessons learned for future work.
• Build relations with team, customer, suppliers, and in-country Westinghouse reps to ensure successful completion.
• Promote continuous improvement and identify opportunities to add value.
