Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Co in Madison, PA, seeks an Engineering Program Manager to direct projects valued from $3M to $50M, lead up to 20 direct reports, and oversee RCU&MP procurement contracts, design outputs, and project support. This onsite role reports to the Manager of Reactor Component Upgrades.

You’ll ensure design compliance with Westinghouse policies, perform field and design engineering support, and drive timely, safe execution across multiple project teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Radiological Worker familiar with contamination avoidance techniques.
• Bachelor's degree, mechanical engineering or other similar discipline
• 5 years of experience as a Technician/Specialist leading and directing low to moderate complexity projects (3 years of project engineering support and 2 years of technical leadership may be considered)

Responsibilities

• Oversee all RCU&MP procurement contracts (Equipment and Tooling).
• Ensure design output compliance with Westinghouse policies.
• Maintain procedural accuracy and human performance attributes.
• Direct field, project, and design engineering support for all RCU&MP.
• Provide staffing support for equipment groups on projects.
• Offer innovative solutions to equipment issues.
• Perform hands-on repairs of equipment.
