Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC, seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform radiopharmaceutical procedures, operate imaging equipment, and ensure patient safety. The role requires ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification with ongoing credentialing; BLS is also required.

The position supports a comprehensive imaging team within Duke Health. Eligible candidates will work in a state-of-the-art facility with research focus, clinical ladder opportunities, and relocation assistance.

Formación

• Graduate or completion of program that meets eligibility requirements for registry/certification or currently holds required registry or certification.
• Level I–III certification timelines and general ARRT/NMTCB requirements.
• ARRT/NMTCB certification within 18 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in technical procedures including in vivo and in vitro studies with imaging devices.
• Calibrate radiopharmaceutical materials and review calibration data for instrument performance.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and manage dose calculations for patient safety.
• Maintain inventory and records for radiopharmaceuticals and disposal activities.
• Provide guidance to students or junior staff and assist in training.
