Job Summary

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist operates nuclear detection and imaging equipment and prepares radiopharmaceuticals for Nuclear Radiologic studies by following professional and departmental protocols to provide the physician with diagnostic images to identify and/or plan appropriate treatment for the patient's condition. Reports to: Clinical Nuclear Medical Supervisor.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited program for Nuclear Medicine
• Completion of all clinical competencies, classroom training, and certification (CNMT (NMTCB), R.T.(N)(ARRT)) allowing operation of a hybrid nuclear medicine system.
• 1-2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred.
