Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Radiology

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor, you will assist in performing nuclear medical exams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, radiation safety, policies, and procedures. You will maintain all records of quality control and ensure care is provided to all patients, including adults, pediatrics, and neonates. You will also be responsible for the proper utilization of the Radiology Information System (RIS) as per the RIS policy and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Registry status in Nuclear Medicine and/or meet the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB), or American Registry of Clinical Radiologic Technologists (ARCRT).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of work experience in a nuclear medicine department.
  • Must meet the registry requirements as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or meet the registry requirements by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARCRT.
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology.
