St. David's Round Rock Medical Center is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PRN) to provide diagnostic imaging using radionuclides. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, professional judgment, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include administering radioactive materials, data collection from imaging, and performing quality control on equipment. AAS or AS degree with ARRT NM or NMTCB certification is required with state radiography licensure and BLS

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• AMA approved Radiologic Technology and/or Nuclear Medicine program or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of acute care Nuclear Medicine experience.

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed radioactive materials to patients.
• Collect and document data from radiation emitted from tissue using detectors and analyzers.
• Perform quality control on equipment and radioactive materials as per policy and regulation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director or Manager.
